SwiftRise is a small, focused team. We build serious systems for real industrial businesses, not demos, not MVPs that never ship, not features nobody uses.

How we work

Small team, real ownership. Every engineer at SwiftRise owns a meaningful piece of the system. You will see your work running in production, used daily by people whose jobs depend on it working correctly.

We do not do crunch culture or hero engineering. We build carefully, review each other's work, and ship sustainably. The codebases we maintain have to keep working for years. That requires care, not velocity worship.

You will work across the full stack over time. We expect engineers to understand the product, the users, and the data, not just their assigned layer.

How we build

We keep the tools proven and stable so the difficulty budget goes to the domain: procurement chains, stock ledgers, and field operations that cannot stop. Everything below runs live in mining sites and warehouses, and the engineers who build a system carry it.

Full-Stack Software Engineer

Full-time · Singapore / Jakarta / Remote (Southeast Asia)

Build SwiftRise systems end to end, from the field interfaces operators use to the APIs and data models behind them. You will own features across React, Next.js, Node.js / NestJS, and PostgreSQL, and ship code that runs in mining sites and warehouses across the region.

What we're looking for

→3+ years shipping production full-stack applications
→Strong TypeScript across frontend and backend: you write types, not any
→React / Next.js on the front, Node.js / NestJS + PostgreSQL behind it
→Comfort with mobile-first, offline-aware field interfaces
→Understanding of auth, RBAC, and multi-tenancy
→Systematic debugger: you read logs before you guess

Forward Deployed (Mine) Engineer

Full-time · Field-based, Indonesian mine sites + Jakarta

Embed on site with the people who run the mine. You will sit with operators and supervisors, learn how decisions actually get made at the pit and in the workshop, and turn that reality into working software, deployed, adjusted, and proven in the field. This is the role that keeps SwiftRise honest: closest to the work, furthest from the boardroom.

What we're looking for

→Real engineering ability plus genuine comfort in the field, not just at a desk
→Willing to spend meaningful time at mine sites (rotational travel)
→Can talk to an operator at dawn and ship production code by afternoon

Project Manager

Own delivery across a platform that runs multiple entities and industries. You will keep deployments moving, coordinate between operations teams and engineering, hold timelines honest, and make sure what ships actually gets adopted. Less ceremony, more shipping.

→A track record of shipping, not just tracking

Own how SwiftRise connects to everything else: existing ERPs, operational systems, telemetry, and hardware in the field. You will design the integration architecture, lead the people who build it, and make sure data flows cleanly across a multi-entity, multi-site operation.

→Deep experience integrating ERPs, APIs, and operational or IoT data sources
→Strong on data modeling, pipelines, and integration patterns
